Educational Objectives of the Department of Animal Production and Technologies

The aim of our department is to train animal production specialists who can compete in the rapidly changing world of agriculture and livestock, who can follow and apply current technologies, who have all professional and communication skills, who are knowledgeable, competent, hard-working, productive, can think analytically and do research. The mission of the Animal Production and Technologies department is to produce new knowledge and technologies that will benefit society in the field of animal production through scientific research and innovation, aiming for excellence in education. We aim to prepare our students to be leaders in their professions by providing them with scientific and social ethical values.

Goals

Our vision is to make our department a regional and national leader with high quality education and research activities in the field of animal production and technologies. In line with this vision, to use modern education methods and technologies to provide our students with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills, to provide quality education with an expert, experienced and dynamic academic staff, to produce innovative solutions in the field of animal production through scientific research, to take an active role in national and international research projects. Our goals include developing and developing collaborations, developing and implementing projects to increase the social benefits of animal production technologies, equipping our students and graduates with competencies in line with the needs of the sector and providing internship, practice and collaboration opportunities to support their career development, and ensuring that our graduates take their place as leading individuals in the business world. In line with these goals, our Animal Production and Technologies department aims to ensure that our students become successful individuals in their professions by providing them with knowledge and skills appropriate to the needs of the age.
