Internship Application Principles
In the Department of Animal Production and Technologies at Muş Alparslan University, there is a compulsory summer internship practice lasting 30 working days after the 4th semester. The internship application principles are based on the Compulsory Internship Directive of the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Announcements from the Faculty of Applied Sciences regarding internships should be closely followed.
Each class must act under the guidance of their own advisor in all procedures related to the internship. Any issues should first be resolved with the advisor.
Purpose of Internship: The internship aims to provide various benefits for students in the Animal Production and Technologies program. The objectives listed below will help students familiarize themselves with the business environment before graduation, engage in real-life projects related to their field, set appropriate goals, and take steps towards achieving those goals.
To maximize the benefits of the internship, students are expected to find a suitable internship placement that contributes both technically and socially. Students must successfully complete a project at the internship site and document this project appropriately in their internship report.
National Internship Programme: The National Internship Programme is organized by the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey. This program aims to provide university students and recent graduates with work experience by offering internship opportunities in both public and private sectors. Students and recent graduates studying in Turkey are eligible to apply. The program seeks to enhance the skills of interns and better inform their career paths.

Internship Process: If accepted into the program, interns gain practical experience by working in the relevant institution or business for a set period. Mentoring support and training are also provided during this process.
Certificate of Participation: Candidates who successfully complete the internship receive a certificate of participation at the end of the program. This document can be presented as internship experience in future job applications.
