A meeting was held on the establishment of a boutique dairy in Malazgirt in order to utilize the milk produced by farmers and increase the income of producers.
Malazgirt Mayor Cengiz Altın, Muş Alparslan University Rector Advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaşar and Dr. Onur Şahin from the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Animal Production and Technologies attended the meeting held in Malazgirt Municipality.
Within the scope of the meeting, R&D and training projects carried out by Muş Alparslan University in the field of animal husbandry as well as the establishment of a boutique dairy facility in order to increase the brand value of the milk produced in Malazgirt district by processing it into products were discussed.
Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican stated that “The boutique milk processing facility to be established in Malazgirt district, which has an important richness in the field of animal husbandry as well as its history, will create an important added value for milk producers.
