A meeting was held in Bulanık District Governorate in order to establish a boutique dairy in line with the evaluation of the milk produced in Bulanık district.
Bulanık District Governor Mr. Oğuzhan OCAK, Muş Alparslan Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa ALİCAN, Rector Advisors Assoc. Dr. Mehmet ÖZALPER and Assoc. Dr. Mustafa YAŞAR, Bulanık Vocational School Director İrşat Sami YÜCE, Bulanık District Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Associate Professor Orhan KARADAĞ and Faculty Member Onur ŞAHİN from the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Animal Production and Technologies attended the meeting.
Within the scope of the meeting, R&D, education and extension comprehensive Boutique dairy project was introduced by Muş Alparslan University. In addition, the issues of increasing the quality of milk produced in Bulanık district and establishing a boutique dairy to process dairy products in order to increase the market value of the milk produced were evaluated.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa ALİCAN stated that “The boutique dairy for milk processing to be established in Bulanık district will be an important role model for the Eastern Anatolia region, where it will make a significant contribution to increasing the brand value of dairy products.
