The book of proceedings of the 11th International Congress on Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, which was organized jointly with ISPEC and hosted by our University between 03-05 March 2023, the Congress Honorary Presidency of which was held by Muş Alparslan University Rector Prof. Dr. Fethi Ahmet Polat and the Congress Presidency of which was held by Muş Alparslan University Vice Rector and Dean of Faculty of Applied Sciences Prof. Dr. Yaşar Karadağ, was published. A total of 242 papers, 113 from Turkey and 129 from abroad, were published in the congress. I wish that the international congress proceedings book will be beneficial to our region, especially Muş, and to the scientific community of our country.
